Total Prep Time: 10 minutes

3 large avocados, halved and peeled with seed out
1 lime, juice
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 medium onion, diced
2 roma tomatoes, diced
1 clove of garlic, minced
Place sliced avocado in a large bowl with juice of 1 lime until avocado is coated. Drain the remaining lime juice into a separate bowl and keep for end of preparation. Mash the avocados together with potato or avocado masher; add sea salt.
Then mix in the onions, tomatoes and garlic. Add remainder of reserved lime juice. Let chill in fridge for 1 hour and enjoy!
