Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal


1 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup almond milk or water
1 Apple, diced and peeled
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon


In a saucepan, combine oats and milk or water. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low. Leave uncovered for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and transfer to bowl, adding in diced apple and cinnamon. Mix and enjoy!
