1 black bean burger (you can buy them st the store or make your own)
1 whole grain bun, toasted (optional)
3 slices of avocado
Sliced red onion
1 Sweet potato, peeled and sliced
Assemble your black bean burger like as you like. Slice sweet potato into long strips. Place on a baking sheet, drizzle potato strips with olive oil and sea salt. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until crispy. Plate with your burger and enjoy!
