Black Bean Burrito


4 flour or corn tortillas (fat free)
1 15 ounce can of black beans, heated
1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
1 medium sized tomato, sliced
2 medium sized green onions, sliced
1/4 medium size avocado, sliced
1/2 cup salsa
1 cup brown rice (optional)


In a large, ungreased skillet heat a tortilla until it is soft and warm. Spread 1/2 cup of beans on tortilla. Top with lettuce, tomato, onion, avocado, salsa and rice. Fold and enjoy!
