1 Beyond Meat Burger (all plant based burger)- grilled (found in your local super markets meat section)
1 whole grain thin bun
avocado – sliced
tomato – sliced
sweet potato fries – cut in strips
Grill beyond meat burgers according to instructions on package. Should be grilled for 3 minutes on each side. Use whatever ingredients you enjoy on your burgers! For sweet potato fries: peel sweet potato, cut into strips, coat in olive oil, sea salt and pepper then place on oiled baking sheet and cook in over for 35-40 minutes at 400 degrees. Enjoy!
