Personal Exercise Plan

Every journey starts with a conversation. We’ll begin with a fitness assessment and goal-setting session so I can get a clear idea of how your body moves, your lifestyle, and what you’re working toward. From there, I’ll build a personalized plan that grows with you.

Each 45-minute session is focused and intentional — typically starting with a dynamic warm-up, followed by strength training, functional movement, and conditioning tailored to your needs. We’ll always end with recovery work so you leave feeling strong, steady, and clear.

My goal is to help you move better, feel better, and build lasting confidence — one smart session at a time.
